Tawny ~ Rum

Aged in a rum barrel and influenced by Rum spirit, this slightly sweet tawny (no added sugar!) is perfect for those wishing to experience that little extra sweetness without the heaviness of added sugar.

The rum barrels used to age our Run Tawny have enjoyed numerous experiences within Corio Distillery in Geelong. These were sent to Queensland for the storage and aging of rum, then returned to Corio for the finishing process. Roger was able to secure these well-used barrels and worked closely with his cooper to create the perfect storehouse for our Rum Tawny.
